When the detainee's personal effects are returned from the lab, the report shows that there were traces of bio-hazard chemicals. Raising suspicions, the two Special Agents decide it is time to employ a code red on the quivering suspect. Positioning him up against the wall, they begin paddling him to see if he'll talk. After slapping his arse red with the wooden paddles he is still acting dumb. He is gagged and frog marched back in to his cell while the Special Agents devise a plan to make him talk.
