From the depths of the cellar Special Agent Whiplash hoists the informant up to Special Agent Bella and Special Agent Hunter in a steel cage. He is barely half way up when the two Special Agents begin hurling and laughing at his pathetic state. Slipping the nipple clamps on him they goad him and let him know that they broke his accomplice in the interrogation before him and that he will suffer a much worse fate unless he speaks.
