Irene's incompetent secretary shows her talents once more, by dropping Irene's work phone, knocking it under the bed and managing to get stuck. A frustrated Irene needs to send a very important email by 4pm. This leaves Irene with the option of helping Lilly now, or leaving Lilly stuck while she leaves to use the hotels computer.
