At long last, he reaches the top and screams for his step-mom to notice him. She does not. As Johnny sits on the giant couch cushion, be begins to look around and sees not only his step-mother's giant foot and gargantuan legs....but as she sits casually, her legs are open and he can see up her dress to her pantyhose. Distracted for a moment by the view, Johnny then goes about trying desperately to get his step-mommy to see him.
