Eleonore è estasiata, ha sempre amato i muscoli dell’amica e il suo corpo scolpito, cosi inizia a baciarla, le bacia le braccia e la schiena mentre l’amica continua furiosamente ad ansimare. Alla fine Pamela decide si sfogarsi proprio con Eleonore, la solleva di peso usando solo i suoi bicipiti, quindi inizia una lunga serie di squat usando Eleonore come zavorra, se la carica a spalle e scende in squat per un’ interminabile serie. Sembra non sentire la fatica, continua su e giù con Eleonore avvinghiata a lei che la guarda adorante mentre l’amica la solleva senza esitazione. Un lungo allenamento è quello che le serviva per dar sfogo alla rabbia. Alla fine, esausta, Pamela lascia l’amica e le sorride, la prende in braccio e sul suo volto non c’è più tensione, finalmente si è sfogata e ora le due possono andare a letto serene.

Pamela has just had a furious fight with her boyfriend, she comes home and would like to smash everything, anger flows through her veins, her muscles are tense. Eleonore, her friend, sees her in that state and doesn't know how to calm her down, the shirt she is wearing seems on the verge of exploding. Pamela would like to let off steam in the gym, but it's late and they are all closed. She gets agitated, growls angrily while her friend doesn't know what to do to calm her down. The girl's muscles are tense under the fabrics, the buttons of her shirt are popping so tight it was and Eleonore helps her to take it off. Eleonore is ecstatic, she has always loved her friend's muscles and sculpted body, so she starts kissing her, kissing her arms and back while her friend continues to breath furiously. In the end Pamela decides to let off steam with Eleonore, lifts her using only her biceps, then begins a long series of squats using Eleonore as ballast, loads her on her shoulders and squats for an endless series.
