Welcome back, I am glad you enjoyed our last session. Just like last time, I want you to get comfortable and just breathe for Me. It's amazing what slowing down to breathe can do for your body and mind. You already feel more relaxed as you sink into your chair. Everything is starting to feel really good, your arms and legs feel incredibly light, it feels like you are floating. I want you to focus on My eyes and voice and I want you to go deeper for Me. Since our first session you can't get My voice out of your head. I want you to go deeper for Me. Deeper. Deeper. Deeper.
