As they enter, Ivy starts talking about the place and how it would be perfect for James, a young, pretty and single man. Ther's even a lift in the aparment! But as first thing, James starts complaining about the forniture. It's not an easy job and Ivy is so stressed lately, thet she just angrily grabs James and takes control over the situation.
Next, we see the young man in a very uncommon situation: his wrists are tied over his head, secured on the celing, he's only wearing his underpants and his legs are opened by a spreader bar.
Ivy cleavegags the poor guy on sceen, then she has fun spanking and, above all, tickling him. (James is ticklish for real!)
It's very difficult for James to resist, Ivy eventually uses a pinwheel to tickle him even harder. She ticles his belly, his waist, behind his knees. She laughs a lot, while he moans. She plays games to trick him and tickle him even more.
Next scene, James is hogtied otally naked. Ivy tapegags him on screen and goes on tickling him a bit, both his waist and his barefoot feet.
She then leaves and James is left to struggle aline, still hogtied.
