Blondi was at a house party minding her own business when a short, pathetic man walked up to her. Tim wants to date Blondie and it's totally obvious. He asked her for her number but Blondi is quick to reject him. Something in Blondi's mind decides that it would be fun to taunt Tiny Tim for a little while.
