For example, she says, I used to have my navel like this before I got pregnant (and takes a piece of paper and a pen and draws her old navel). "And now it's like this" (in that moment, she opens her white coat and shows Nadia her actual navel). Nadia seems to be surprised. Now the sexy doctor says "but I have to check your umbilical scar anyway, and do some tests", and Nadia agrees with that. The scene begins with Nadia tied up in a stretcher, she look's nervous "my navel is so sensitive...im so ticklish in the deep knot at the bottom".
