This next clip we still find Adriana sitting helpless and tightly zip cuffed in the chair but you will now notice a different ball gag has been tightly shoved and cinched into her mouth. She is then left to struggle, grunt, mpphh and work her way to trying to escape. After several minutes in the chair Adrianna proceeds to go to the floor and struggle as she attempts to loosen and escape those zip cuffs.
