This clip finds Celeste getting the mandatory "duct tape treatment"! This was Celeste's 1st time ever being bound up with duct tape, too. Seated on the floor, Celeste is completely helpless with her wrists, arms, legs and ankles tightly bound up with industrial strength duct tape.
