We find Emily still tightly handcuffed to the bed posts and ankle cuffed, but you will notice she's now laying flat on her back. The bit gag and blindfold were removed and replaced with rolled up cloth/stuff gag which uncomfortably fills Emily's mouth. Emily proceeds to struggle again, pulling at the cuffs and breathing hard into the gag. Emily is stuff gagged on-screen several times throughout the clip.
