Sporting a bra and some jean shorts, Ivey lays helpless on the bed in the hog cuff position (cuffed wrists, cuffed ankles, cuffs connecting the wrist and ankle cuffs) with a nice thick fat knotted white bandana shoved deep into her mouth.
