This clip finds Jade in the physically demanding and grueling hog cuff clip as her wrists and ankles are tightly cuffed and there's a set of cuffs connecting those. The first gag is the large padded mouth gag which fills Jade's mouth uncomfortably. After several minutes of solid struggling, the padded mouth gag is removed and replaced with a ball gag. Jade is left to struggle, grunt and thrash against the cuffs all the while having to keep her head up.
