In this clip, we still find our hot newbie cuffed up and zipped up while sitting helpless in the chair. She is now tightly ball gagged with the black/red ball gag which shuts her up quite nicely. Karine is left to struggle, mmpphh and grunt against the cuffs and zip ties once again. Karine had been ball gagged for a while, so naturally her jaw was getting uncomfortable, as you will notice she tries to reach her hand up and pull it out. But the ball gag was cranked back pretty tight, so she wasn't having any luck with that!
