She is sporting a shirt and sweat pants in this clip, and has her wrists, arms, legs and ankles tightly taped up. She is gagged with a cleave gag which is followed up with the always popular wrap-around-the-head duct tape gag which completely silences her. Karine is left to struggle, grunt, thrash and mmpphh against that hard uncomfortable duct tape.
