The cleave gag is removed on screen and is then replaced with the bit gag as this will be the FIRST time that Lilisa has ever been bit gagged. After several minutes of struggling, "mpphh'ing" and some taunting thrown in, the bit gag is then replaced with a red ball gag which is tightly secured deep into Lilisa's mouth. More struggling and grunting ensues. Both the bit gag and ball gag are applied on screen.
