In this clip Polly gets her first ever feel and taste of some tough heavy duty duct tape, which you will notice, is binding her wrists, arms, stomach, legs and ankles tightly together. She is gagged first with a bandana and then with a nice wrap-around-the-head-and-mouth duct tape gag which effectively shuts her up. She is sporting a sweater and some jeans in this clip which features excellent struggling, mmpphh'ing and thrashing around against that black duct tape which isn't even moving despite how hard and fast Polly is struggling and moving.
