The black knotted cleave gag is removed and replaced with a massive white knotted cleave gag which stuffs Rita's mouth perfectly (and uncomfortably!). Rita is left to struggle and thrash against the cuffs while grunting and mmpphh'ing into that huge gag. Rita gives a solid struggle and we get a nice look at that fit and toned body with every twist, turn and struggle!
