The ball gag was removed and replaced with a tight and uncomfortable bit gag. Sabrina does wear a bit gag well and it looked fantastic in this clip! She is still in the same outfit, same position, cuffed to the bed (wrists and arms apart) and toe cuffed. She is left to struggle this time, once again pulling at the cuffs and toe-cuffs as she bites down into that sadistic bit gag.
