This clip finds Sarah wearing a bra and underwear seated uncomfortably against the table with her wrists tightly cuffed (around the table), toes cuffed and cleave gagged with a large knotted white bandana. The bandana is tied very tight and fills Sarah's mouth perfectly. Sarah is completely helpless as she struggles, pulls and thrashes against those uncomfortable handcuffs and the mouth filling gag.
