This clip features Sarah in the most physical and most grueling position in the industry: the hog cuff clip. On the floor in a tank top and shorts, Sarah is in the hog cuff position (cuffed wrists and ankles and a connecting set of cuffs) on her stomach. The first gag is a bit gag, which is cinched and secured nice and tight. After a few minutes of struggling, the bit gag is removed and replaced with that massive and uncomfortable padded mouth gag, which silences Sarah nicely again. Sarah is left to struggle, grunt and pull against the cuffs in that grueling position!
