Meelina is a young and wonderful girl. She is in her car going to the beach.
To go fast she didn't wear any clothes and she dresses a nice bikini.
A police man stops her, explaining that she cannot drive in bikini. It could be dangerous giving distractions to other car drivers.
And instead of regoular shoes she also wears a pair of beach shoes. The police man tells her that it could be dangerous driving without regoular shoes.
So police man decides to arrest Meelina. She is handcuffed with hinghed handcuffs behind her back and legirons for her ankles.
