The police believe they are armed and dangerous because their vehicle is similar to the criminals they are chasing.
Savannah is ordered to exit the vehicle with her hands up high in a surrender position (arms 90 degrees and/or above her head, palms open). She is scared, worried and confused and asks why they are getting arrested.
The police tells her to follow orders.
Savannah says she will comply and does not resist.
She is then made to turn around and walk backwards still with her hands up high.
She is ordered to go on the ground prone and her arms reaching out over her head.
The police tell her to spread her feet, but Savannah says she is in a skirt and they will see her underwear but the police do not care. She spreads her feet exposing her underwear.
The police tell her to spread them wider, and she immediately complies, exposing more of her underwear.
They tell her not to move.
Grace follows the same procedure, hands up in a surrender position, walk backwards, go prone and to spread her feet wide.
Both girls are then handcuffed and taken away.
In the second action:
this time Grace is told to exit with her hands up.
The police order her to take her denim skirt off because they believe she is hiding a weapon.
Grace, scared and not defiant, follows orders, exposing her white panties.
She is shy and tries to cover herself with her hands. The police tell her to put her hands back up and to walk backwards.
She is prone with arms out to the side and her feet wide apart.
Savannah is then ordered to do the same.
She is scared and asks why they are doing this but the police tell her to be quiet. Both are then handcuffed and taken away.
In both actions they remain barefoot in lie down position.
