Felony traffic stop training for agents Gaia and Naomi.
They will arrest themself handcuffing by chain and hinghed handcuffs in many postion follwoing procedures:
hands up, hands out if car window, open car door from external position, exit hands up, turn around, move up tshirt for looking better in the body,
searching and handcuffing. Stand up position, on their knees and on the ground.
At the end both arrested and handcuffed by the instructor.
