Lucy works in a dress shop but police comes into it asking her authorization for the shop.
It seems a not legal shop but Lucy cannot produce required documnetation so she is arrested.
Lucy is now handcuffed into the shop by tight and hinghed handcuffs behind her back.
They walk to police office where shLucy is handcuffed on the bench with hands behind her back and ankles handcuffed to it.
Then Lucy removes her clothes remaining in topless and then she wears one piece pink jumpsuit, black flip flops, handcuffs, black box, legirons and waist chain.
