Althea is stoped by Police for felony traffic stop. She seems a dangerous criminal escaped by jail.
Police asks her to exit from the car with hands up.
Then police asks Althea to move up her thirt but it seems that she is hiding something.
So police asks Althea to remove all clothes remaining naked only with her boots.
She is handcuffed behind her back by hinghed handcuffs and then by legirons to her ankles.
Then for better transfering to polcie office the cop decides to put on her waist chain with rigid handcuffs in front.
