I have been walking around on my feet all day and now my heels are me, I have never felt such horrible pain in my life! Barely able to walk I finally get home and painfully take my high heels off. I start rubbing my heel hoping to relieve myself of the pain but it is not going away. I put on some flat shoes and try walking a little but all I can do is hobble. The pain is so bad. Again I sit down and rub my poor aching heels hoping to feel better. Shot in standard definition.
