Rushing around in my heels I slip and sprain my ankle. Trying hard to rub it out and walk it off, my ankle keeps failing and I fall helplessly to the floor. My poor ankle is throbbing and getting swollen. I try stretching and rotating it but nothing is helping. I just keep falling and hurting it more.
