Finally after weeks of wearing her knee brace, Samantha's can take it off and get back to cheerleading. She wants to get some practice in at home before going to school, so she takes the brace off does some stretching and tries some jumps. Landing on her injured knee she falls to the ground in pain. Rubbing her injured knee she then gets up to try again, only to fall and hurt it further. She soon realizes no amount of stretching or rubbing is going to heal it, she is just going to have to put the brace back on and get to the Dr.
