I've had a sore ankle for weeks after my cheerleading practice. Today I need to get dressed up with pantyhose and heels and wanted to stretch my legs and ankles before I head out. But unfortunately I end up re hurting my ankle again. I have to sit down and rub the pain out and try to stretch it some more.
