I am going to leave you powerless, after a quick session setting up a few things in your PC I could permanently block your internet access, your programs, your websites, your porn, usb ports and files from opening and working. I'll change that wallpaper and theme so you can't change it back, I'll alter things and block that control panel so you cannot fiddle with it.. I could render that PC useless if I wished too but that is why I ask you to set limits! Don't come crying to me when you cannot change the picture of a dick off your desktop wallpaper and someone sees it!
