Kanna is working the night shift at the hospital and dozes off during her break.
When she wakes up, a tiny little city of sweets exists in front of her.
She thinks, "This must be a dream," and destroys the city to relieve her daily frustration.
She stomps her feet and lays waste to the small city made of various sweets while enjoying herself.

She finds a highway next to the destroyed city.
She tramples down the buildings lying in the highway's path with her giant foot.
