As he is a domestic pet, he is not allowed to consume food like a human, therefore his mistress thoroughly chews up the food in her mouth before grabbing her kneeling slave’s salivating mouth and regurgitating all the undigested slop down his gullet, commanding him not to waste any as she spits the rest of the disgorged food onto the floor for the human pet to lick it all up.
