At this point, the woman continues the mixing process of all the ingredients! The longer she does it, the messier her hands get! Eventually, she is able to create a uniformly consistent dough and proceeds to repeatedly mash it against the table until she is able to reach a desired consistency! By the end of it, she doesn't just get her hands dirty but creating a massive mess all over the table as well!
