I climb into my bed after a long day at work. I check my phone and realize I still have work email I need to read before I can rest. I take a look at the emails but I cant stop yawning. I put down the phone, one minute of rest couldn't hurt, right? Of course, I fall into a deep rest. Breathing long and hard, mixed in with some light snoring.
