Oh dear ... It seems as if I ate something that upset my stomach. I sit on my beach ball in my room and all of a sudden my tummy starts to flip. I knew that mexican was a bad idea. What always helps is to push out some gas. I let out some farts and burps while I sit on my beach ball to help make my stomach feel better.
