I've just got done working out. I am at home lounging round and realizing just hot hot it is. Maybe I just worked out too hard? I begin to use my hand to fan my face. Soon after I faint. I wake up confused and still hot. I strip off a layer of clothing and continue to hand fan myself. Each time I remove a piece of clothing, making myself cooler, I still I fan myself with each hand and both hands together to keep myself from fainting.
