practicing breath holds I am trying to increase my lung/air capacity, training by deepening my breath and holding it until I can't any more under water. I learned from last dunking clip I plug and hold my nose while I dunk. After a while I realize I can add more water to be fully emerged. Watch all the air bubbles rush up and stay under until I just can't any more, gasping while I pop up for a deep breath taking some time to breath before each dunk. I need/want a bigger tub!
