As I lower myself into the bathtub I realize I didn't fill it enough to fully emerge my face, I take this opportunity to settle into the warm water and focus on the breathing exercise at hand. As I lower myself into the bathtub I realize I didn't fill it enough to fully emerge my face, I take this opportunity to settle into the warm water and focus on the breathing exercise at hand. I try to dunk my face in as it fills and start little breath holds preparing for the longer sessions to come.

As I hold my breath, I focus on the sensation of the water around me. The bubbles of air that escape from my mouth create a gentle, tickling sensation that spreads across my face and body. It's a small sensation, but it reminds me that I am alive and present in this moment.

As my lungs begin to burn with the need for air, I push through the discomfort, focusing on the rhythm of my breathing and the sensations around me. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I finally surface, gasping for air.

The bubbles that escape from my mouth as I surface create a beautiful, effervescent display. The sight of them rising to the surface and popping creates a mesmerizing pattern, like a dance in the water. It's a small, satisfying sensation that adds to the calming experience of the breathing exercise.

As I repeat the exercise, the sensations and bubbles become more and more familiar. They remind me of the simple pleasures in life and help me to stay present in the moment. When I finally step out of the tub, I feel relaxed, centered, and grateful for this moment of self-care.
