Another practice of breath holds in order to increase my lung/air capacity. Not only do I try to deepen my breath, this round I try to have less time in between. I love seeing all the air bubbles rush up. I try my hardest to stay under until I just can't any more, gasping each time I pop up for a deep breath. The water got too cold to continue. I wonder if the temperature of the water effects any of this. Maybe another factor to experiment with. What do you think?
