Private Jasmine Mendez has been volunteered for a very important mission for the Army. The field engineer has been assigned to test a new rope for a rappelling mission that is coming up, and he's heard that Private Mendez has some of the most ticklish feet around - so if the ropes can hold her even if she's being tickled then it will work for the mission.
