This is the full tickling scene from the JB Media movie Tina Tink Bound at the Office. Tina is Adam's boss and is trying desperately to get this slacker to get his work done on time. Now, while talking to him she notices him staring at her high heels and feet! She berates him further, but he'll get his revenge! He goes to her desk, ties her up on screen, and tickles her silly. Stripping off her heels to expose her ticklish bare feet! He gets to a point where she has no choice but to beg for him.
