Vivian Ireene Pierce was feeling kind of silly, and wanted to play a simple game with JB to see who would get tied up and tickled. They did some "Rock, Paper, Scissors" - each time someone lost they got something tied, but when both hands and feet are tied together the third loss leads to getting tickled! And once something gets tied, it doesn't get untied.
