In the first chapter of this new story line release, Jasmine Mendez has been captured by a bad guy who's being well paid to make sure she never testifies in court. Jasmine is barefoot in her denim shorts and dark sweatshirt, her hands tied and duct taped behind her back, and she's blindfolded and gagged with duct tape too.
