Kordelia Devonshire had good intentions - focus the Halloween party on safe & fun activities that avoid too much sugar and chocolate consumption. Unfortunately, her charges rebelled when she suggested bobbing for apples over trick or treating! Now, she's tied to the stool, alone, while barefoot in her denim skirt and blouse, and one of those apples ended up in her mouth as a gag too! Hopefully someone returns soon and frees Kordelia, because she is quite well tied and helpless in her current position.
