You tease him how he's his sisters toy now and pick him up. You still can't believe him, but you don't care as you get your fun. Slowly you bring him towards your mouth and start playing with him in there. After you had your fun you begin teasing him about his coming journey, describing where he'll be and end up. Then after some more sucking on him you swallow him. You enjoy the thought that he's now inside your body and go about your day.
Then there's two more scenes:
1) After two days you just released him from your body and rinsed him off and tease him about how humiliating his journey must have been. You ask him playfully if he wants his size back. He begs you to grow him back and you pretend to think. In the end you make him a deal. If he agrees to be shrunken whenever you want, you will grow him back. But if he later refuses to be shrunken, you will shrink him anyway and keep him like that for months. You are happy when he agrees. Nobody will suspect that your strong step-brother is secretly being shrunk and eaten by his own step-sister on a regular basis. You grow him back and walk away happy.
2) You find your step-brother a couple of days later inside the kitchen. You know he has a day planned with his friends. But you really want him in your stomach again and pour yourself some cereal. You start eating it and comment how good it is, but it's missing something. He knows what you mean and begs you to go to his friends. You smile and ask if he's refusing and he quickly quits down. You tease him a bit and shrink him down and drop him in your cereal.
You swirl him around and tease him how his friends will have fun Today, but he's stuck as his step-sister's breakfast. You start eating your cereal, teasing your step-brother inside it. You talk a bit how fun it will be how he'll make all kind of plans, only to be shrunken and tossed inside his sisters mouth.
