Meet Andrew Stevens. 25 from Manhattan, size 11 feet. skinny, fairly tall and... saying he's ticklish is an understatement. This guy is so viciously ticklish that he doesn't even laugh in his pure agony and sheer terror, so brutal to his standards, he claims this feels like a "Saw" movie in the works.
