My belly is about to burst. Obviously in pain, I tell you that I'm nervous and excited. It's almost time! I run my fingers over my belly alternating between moans of pleasure and pain. It becomes hard to tell which has taken me over. I show you close my pulsating belly seemingly growing bigger as I rub. Finally, I double over. I need to lay down. I move to do so before whispering "They're here! It's time!"
