I start by ripping a black t-shirt into a suitable size for a snot rag. Then I spend 10 minutes blowing my nose, wiping visible boogers onto my diy handkerchief and trying to snot rocket from my nostrils into the material. I sniff and sniff. At one point, I desperately use a cotton swab to try to clear my nose a bit before continuing to blow.
